Do you want to have a goodbye-party? (Nb: new housemates also needed...)

We might be able to persuade the cats to hiss at each other, but apart from that... Ah well, gonna miss having you around, but am glad you've been able to move yourself on from living here (it was only ever temporary, of course). I might take your old room though... I've only mentioned your pregnancy to Carolyn and Crystal so far, but undoubtably everyone wishes you all well. Feelin a bit emotional now... see you tomorrow!

to say the volunteers reacted to the news badly would be an understatement. to say they looked at me as though i were a 14 year old crack whore telling them , would be a very very slight overstatement. daily mail reading motherfuckers!

Assuming for one second that it were any of their business, which it isn't, I don't see what grounds even the Daily Mail readers amongst them would have to object: You're thirty in your late twenties , in a relationship, supporting yourself by working two jobs, and are already raising a sweet, articulate and bright child. Next time someone wants to buy their chairs from behind the till, I suggest you sell them! Grrrr.

sell the volys? i don't think anyone wants them (hahahaha sorry not really funny). not being married is probably the main issue.

again ta x scan on friday. all fine. in contrast to what you may read in the self proclaimed unpolitical hastings observer, the conquest, while still iffy, is actually running quite efficiently, so far the longest i've waited was until two minutes after appointment time, the time i was half hour early i was seen immediately.

Happy Birthday to Lee! Hope I don't get too drunk on Friday night: am intending on going cross-country on foot (unless it's raining again) to Abi's wedding the day after (um, from Eastbourne, not Brighton, though that's still do-able I suppose..) so I'll need my sense of direction intact! Mind you, I'm sure striding over the Seven Sisters would clear any hangover, unless I toppled off the edge (note to self: don't topple off the edge after the reception either). This could be the most hazardous wedding ever! See you Friday!

Sorry we can't make it over, but hope you have a fab time on Friday. And don't break Stuart, please.

It's the rocky beach below Beachy Head that'd do the breaking! I think I'll be taking the inland road there & back anyway, just in case.

Watch out for falling cows! Party will either be of miniscule or epic proportions - can't tell at this stage. There will be a glitterball and various electro workout anthems on the go. Maybe crisps.....

That's the second time is the past fortnight that Chris has mixed mine and Lee's names up (I think): still, thanks, and I'm sure I'll have a great time at Lee's party, especially now there's gonna be crisps!

Well, we've been very distant for a long time but congratulations to Lee & Linda! Not only does he live around the corner from me at the moment (as he lived kinda up the road in Bexhill & right around the corner in Streatham) but I'm moving about the same time (for similar reasons albeit we're unmarried at the moment) to near him again. Uh...I'm not a stalker or anything.
