I'll be doing my present shopping on Christmas Eve, next Saturday lunchtime, in Bexhill. Bearing that in mind, does anyone want anything in particular? Despite being overstimulated by it at work, I do like Christmas. If people can still keep their fingers crossed for a few more days, I'm still hoping for a last minute Love Actually -style moment to come along; or even in The Waitresses -style if need be. Hoping not for a Les Gray -style Christmas anyway.. And if not, it's gonna be new Doctor Who, so a winner either way then. And I'll try to get round to editing down the Sacrifice tape next Friday, for anyone on Dizzy Tiger's Christmas list. I can't tell my yule-log from my eggnog.

That's fine with me: I'll be here Xmas Eve night/Xmas morning; over to my parents' Xmas Day; then back to the house in time for Doctor Who with Carrie and Barney I reckon. Also gonna be around Boxing Day, and have an option of revisiting parents in daytime, or doing whatever I want at home. So just ring the mobile whenever you're about! This Christmas I actually would like the things you usually end up getting anyway, ie socks, 'cos I've had to chuck loads away this year. Sweets, biscuits and alcohol all welcome too! Or a suprise. Or nothing at all is fine by me, of course, just be nice to see people. Thank-you x

so you're not going out christmas eve night? that doesn;t sound likely. i'll be coming over christmas eve in the day - i want to get to rock a nore before sunset. then i'll come and see you briefly, probably around 5? then off to kitty's. i don't know what the plans are there. she may be having openn house, in which case i'd imagine it'd be fine for you to come back there for a little bit.

Except, of course, I'm working Christmas Eve...The shop's closing at 4:30, so I should be back home just after 5:00, but with Christmas transport you never know...best give me a bell on the mobile when you're around. Can I just announce my first Christmas vomiting session of the season, this morning? Thanks. Lager/rose-wine/lager combination at the Audiocandy bash. Bad move. Leia threw up her breakfast this morning too, but whether her and Luke went to a cats' Christmas do last night is unclear. Oh dear, I think there's more to come...

Chucks Away!!!! I went to my works xmas do last night and drank - 1 pint Murphys 1 pint Boddingtons 8 welcome cocktails 1 smirnoff ice 4 glasses red wine 4 sambucca shots 3 malibu shots And I am actually still pissed. At least that must be the reason why I feel fine today - either that or my body has just given up trying to tell me....

The Ghost Of Christmas Past DID pay me a visit last night, and it WAS Les Gray! He was nice though, he gave me a new pair of tiger-feet, 'cos I've worn my current pair out with all this walking in 2005. Nice one Les! And there was me thinking my name was Mud.
