I'm thinking I might, at some point, sort out a book on the Hastings music scene, and get it published through the free-of-charge, print-on-demand vanity-press-for-the-21st-century company Lulu. I'm waiting to see if that Jim Proudfoot ever gets his one finished: his book was meant to cover from 1956 to the early 90s, so there's a gap in the market which no-one else looks likely to fill at the moment. Ideas?

Stu - as I said to you before - I think this is a good idea - it's definately worth just getting everything recorded really. Even if you do not do much with the end result (which I'm sure you would anyway) it will be a valuble thing to have done. Good luck with it!

Hey, I might even start it one day - I've got a notebook spare anyway.
