Phew, 2 tickets to Breeders weekend ordered! Although the ATP site says the 2 berths have all gone (via See Tickets), other companies still have a few, if you're interested. Line-up now includes CSS, Supersuckers, Kimya Dawson, amongst others...

Would it encourage people to come in on a chalet with us if I pointed out that Spectrum & Buzzcocks have just been added? And the waterslides are most excellent?

ATP are really going for it in Minehead this Xmas: Subsequent to the MBV weekend (4th-6th Dec) they're holding a '10 years of ATP' festival the following weekend (11th-13th Dec), and have arranged for ticket-holders for both weekends to buy chalets to be able to remain on-site throughout the week in between, with more bands and DJs on in the pub all week. Details here.

Having had a conversation at work on Sunday about how ATP never seem to want Primal Scream to play, Primal Scream are now confirmed for the MBV weekend (along with Yo La Tengo and others).
Le sigh.

You might have noticed that the re-formed Pavement are curating one of next May's ATPs. You might also have noticed that tickets only went on sale this morning, and they're already selling out. Bugger.

Bugger. Pavement's the May 14-16 one, for the preceding weekend (May 7-9) Matt Groening's taking the reins again...

Here's both killer ATP line-ups for the next two weekends. Hopefully I'll make it to MBV later this afternoon, and then be back for 10 Years the following week. Crazily, MBV played a public warm-up show on site yesterday evening, which, coupled with the In Between Days events in Butlins between the weekends, means some (any?) lucky punters are having an epic 12 day/11 night festival...
